Description
With fantastic uninterrupted Caribbean sea views, Chaconia is an extremely well furnished, upscale apartment offering immediate access to one of the top beaches on the Island. While sitting on your patio and listening to the sound of the waves, you can enjoy having breakfast whilst watching the local fishermen bring in their catch or, whilst sipping a cocktail, enjoy the evening sun setting on the sea.
All the main rooms are air conditioned, as well as having ceiling fans, so if the Caribbean heat is too much, you can always cool down inside and enjoy the local artwork on display. The pool (with an area suitable for young children) and the garden full of tropical plants and trees, are shared with the 7 other apartments which make up this Colonial styled building, called Black Rock Dreams. The gated garden leads directly to the sand of Grafton Beach - no need to get in a car!
If nature is part of your holiday plan, why not go bareback horse riding in the sea, take a bioluminescence canoe trip in the nearby lagoon, snorkelling or watch leatherback turtles nest on the beach in front of Chaconia? Depending on the season all these experiences are possible! Additionally, if you use the bird feeders provided you can attract the beautifully coloured tropical birds - including several types of hummingbirds & tanagers to the patio..
Fishing and water sports are available close by and Tobago's two golf courses are only a short drive away, but on the other hand, if all you want to do is soak up the sun beside the pool or on the beach, then Chaconia is the ideal location.
There is a comfortable single blow up bed which can provide additional sleeping for a 7th person. This can be placed at the foot of the bed in the master bedroom or in the alcove area by the side of the dining space. All linens, pillows and necessary towels will be provided for the additional guest.
We have security cameras overlooking the pool and garden area, top loading and unloading area and garage carpark. There is no internal surveillance and the external cameras are only viewed in the unlikely event of a problem.
A BBQ grill is available, cleaning deposit required which will be returned when BBQ is cleaned when you leave.
