Description
In the quietness of countryside, only two kms from Todi historical centre, Cascianella Holiday Villa
is available for weekly and monthly rentals as well as week-ends and short breaks with a minimum stay of two nights. The 100 sqm house is divided in two levels: the upper consists in entrance, livingroom with open kitchen, access to the large covered terrace. In the lower floor there are two double rooms with king size beds, each one has a separate bathroom. The bedrooms have panoramic windows over the garden and valleys and the green bedroom enjoys direct access to the garden.

Interiors are finely furnished, plenty of light and equipped with all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. A nice cozy swedish sauna for two/three persons is available (billed extra) inside the red bedroom.

Fitted with washing machine, hair drier, satellite tv color, internet adsl wifi coverage within the whole property. Linens and towels are also included.

The livingroom is bright, with ensuite kitchen and with easy direct access to the large covered terrace, making it easy to enjoying morning breakfasts, light daytime snacks and aperitives, romantic dinners in front of a beautiful sunset over the hills of Naia river and the Tiber valley...
Set in a dominant position overlooking the Tiber and Naia rivers' valleys, with magnificent view of the medieval town of Todi, the swimmingpool is equipped with sunbeds and longchairs and a big open air shower.
Facing south and with an average of 12 hours of daily sunshining, from may 'till late september, the swimmingpool is at guests disposal.
A 40 sq/mt pergola offers a shaded area with comfortable chairs and sofas, a dining table and a cozy ammoc.
A cd player and a handy fridge complete the equipment.
The swimmingpool measures 14,5 mt x 5,5 mt and its depth is 1,20 mt min. and 2,40 mt max.
