HIBISCUS VILLA The house of 50 sqm. is suitable especially for families who want to enjoy the sun and the sea, in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
The house is surrounded by greenery and is located in part on a promontory, where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea, everything is built-in with Sardinian stone in full respect of nature.
The house consists of a large living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (double bed, bunk bed), sofa bed, bathroom with shower, satellite TV, radio, washing machine and private parking space.
The house is fully equipped, Inside there is everything you need for the beach (beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, masks for all) baby equipment (high chair, cot, stroller), bath towels, sheets, course necessaries for the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, shaving gel, toothpaste, hair dryer).
The house is ideal for a relaxing holiday, sea, and sun The genn'e Mari beach is just 5 minutes walk away, is of fine white sand and crystal clear sea, ideal for families with small children.

“Great Holiday”
Excellent location just 5 min walk from the crystal clear sea- which is the main attraction in Sardinia, beautiful sandy beach. Luca’s family was very welcoming, arranged pick up from the Airport, in the first day shared a 3 course family meal with us, very kind gesture. Had a huge box of food too in the apartment on arrival . Luca and family was very helpful and flexible on any enquire. Wonderful place, wonderful family. Highly recommended

“Fantastic stay”
We had a fantastic week in this apartment. It has all basic equipments and the terrace has a beautiful view of the bay. The beach with crystal clear water was a little 5 minutes walk down the hill. The host Luca and his family are very nice people. We were invited upstairs for snacks and drinks- and a wonderful cake. Thanks to Luca and the family for giving us an insight in the Sardegna way of living. We would definitely recommend this apartment for everyone who seeks easy access to a beach, relaxation and a fantastic view. Jens, Lone,Emma and Jakob- Copenhagen/ Denmark
