Sa Perda is a stylish new apartment complex located a few steps from one of the beaches that make the east coast of Sardinia the most striking of the island.It takes its name from the big stone (Sa Perda) placed in the corner of the property and it was built with modern references to traditional Sardinian architecture using natural stone for the exterior walls.Sa Perda consists of four independent apartments that overlook in lovely gardens reserved to the guests.Each garden is equipped with outdoor shower to ensure greater comfort as returning from the beach. The verandas, equipped with outdoor furniture ensure the right intimacy during your meals. How do damage deposits work?

If Elisabetta (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
