L’appartamento è posto in zona residenziale, a meno di 800 m dal litorale romano, situato a circa 200 m da Zoo Marine, a 5 km da Castel Romano Outlet e Cinecittà Word. Se dotati di propria autovettura o disponibili ad utilizzare mezzi di trasporto pubblico, si raggiunge facilmente la splendida città di Roma che dista a meno di 18 km.
Il nostro accogliente e tranquillo trilocale può ospitare fino a max 6 persone e custodire due automobili al suo interno. È' dotato di una ampia e funzionante cucina e di un grande salone. Comodo e conveniente, è l’ideale per ospitare famiglie in visita alla Città Santa, per weekend dedito allo shopping sfrenato presso Castel Romano Outlet, oppure, durante la stagione estiva, ai giochi d’acqua dello Zoo Marine e di Cinecittà Word. A disposizione degli ospiti anche il barbecue esterno, completo di legna, posto lateralmente alla cucina ed una serie di bici conservate nella casetta di legno in fondo all'area parcheggio.
Il costo dell'appartamento non comprende la tassa di soggiorno che è di 1 € a persona pro die, per un massimo di dieci giorni.
L'appartamento è dotato di un giardino sia nella parte anteriore che in quella posteriore. Nonostante gli ampi spazi, sarebbe auspicabile non portare animali domestici in quanto nella parte posteriore della casa è già presente un cane corso, principe assoluto della casa.
