Maison claire et lumineuse, rénovée en 2017. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Deux chambres sont à disposition, la première offre un lit de 140, la deuxième un lit 90 modulable en 180, ou en 2 lit de 90 plus 1 autre lit de 80.(literie neuve de qualité)
La salle de bain comporte une baignoire avec douchette. WC séparés.
Le jardin clos vous accueillera quand il fait beau avec chaises longues et tables, et vous trouverez les lits préparés et le linge de maison à votre arrivée.
Environnement calme et verdoyant, à proximité de toutes commodités, (supermarché à 500 m, plage à 800m).
Le centre de Deauville est accessible en marchant. L'hippodrome de Clairefontaine est proche et vous pourrez rayonner facilement dans la région à partir de la maison : Trouville, Houlgate, Cabourg, Honfleur, les plages du débarquement etc
