This is a large and sun-drenched duplex with air conditioning featuring a panoramic views of the surrounding gardens in a 19th century mansion. (not accessible to people with reduced mobility) Located in the center, 5 min away by foot from the Place des Halles and the historic area of Vieux Tours, it allows you to enjoy the charm of the city in a very quiet environment. Renovated with modern furniture, the apartment is equipped with high speed fiber connection and a large projection screen.
One Fine Day… in a large, high-end duplex, on the second floor of a private mansion built in 1884, right in the middle of Tours, yet quiet and with no building opposite. Its panoramic kitchen overlooks the surrounding gardens.

“Wonderful apartment, wonderful host.”
We had a fabulous holiday in Tours. Jean Philippe's apartment is beautiful, charming, extremely well-appointed and in a great location. Jean Philippe leaves nothing to chance. His apartment is taseful, fully-equipped with every mod-con from the kitchen to the sitting room. I really enjoyed using his books on the Loire Valley, on French wine and on French cheese. It is Jean Philippe's immaculate taste, manners, helpfulness and willingness to do anything to help one's stay be further enhanced that made our visit to the Loire Valley a wonderful experience and one that is only the start of many more.
