The apartment is in a very nice property: Il Piratello. The apartment has a private balcony and the structure is completely surrounded by a carpet of green, olive plants and flowers.
Il Piratello is perfect for those who love an Umbrian-Tuscan landscape, historical and cultural context. It is located near Trasimeno Lake with very easy access. From il Piratello you can visit Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Todi in Umbria or Cortona, Montepulciano, Arezzo and Siena in Tuscany.
In the Trasimeno lake area you can find a very good restaurant or vinery where you can test our lovely products.
Il Piratello has a new swimming pool and it is the perfect place for your holiday: relax, olive oil, wine.
In summer time, the best is stay on the terrace at sun seat time, drinking a good glass of wine and testing some special food of the area. In the winter time, you can use the fire place.
The apartment Il Focolare has 3 double/single bedrooms with two bathrooms; large kitchen with fireplace, living-room with sofa-bed. Position: first floor with independent entrance and private terrace where you can eat and stay.
