Description

The Studios Ubud offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 living/dining/kitchenette. The Studios Ubud is in perfect location, quiet and secure, with mature gardens and fabulous nature views, within a small boutique resort with only 6 other units with all amenities (large swimming pool and garden restaurant). Only 1.2 km (0.8 miles) from Ubud center (Ubud palace). The center of Ubud can be reached by foot in only 15 minutes or by car in about 3 minutes. Many restaurants, spas, grocery stores, yoga studios are in short walking distance.

Total size: 47 square meter (~500 square feet), 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bathroom adjacent to the bedroom with hot/cold water, 1 living room with single sized day bed which can be converted into a bed for a third person. High ceiling rooms, 4 seated dining table, a kitchenette with a two burner gas stove, refrigerator, sink, and all other necessary kitchenette equipment, office table (in lower apartment), amoire, safety box with electronic keypad, direct garden access. Daily full house cleaning service provided (does not include laundry of personal clothing). Sheets and towels provided and changed by the maid on a regular base. Shared lap pool use (pool size 12.5x6m / 42'x18').

The apartment is designed to provide comfort for two people, maybe a couple with a child, for a short term vacation or even a stay of a few weeks.

In addition to a garden restaurant and an internet cafe within the boutique resort complex, many other restaurants as well as galleries, grocery shopping, spas, yoga studios, laundry services, etc. are within short walking distance. Yet, The Studios are set back from the main road. A 120m (130 yard) walkway leads from the parking area to The Studios, passing the internet cafe, the garden side restaurant, through our tropical garden by the traditional Balinese house temple and finally arriving at the tranquility of the pool and studio area with its fabulous nature views. The west side of the property sweeps down to a small stream, overlooks seemingly endless rice fields and has a variety of beautiful palm trees, beautiful orchids and many other tropical plants. Refreshing nature walks can be started right from the back door of the property. The property as a whole is owned by a prominent Balinese family who still practices their traditional spiritual lifestyle at the house temple. While Balinese traditions run high at the compound of the boutique resort, our apartment offers every modern amenity.

All in all a perfect way to experience Bali at its best.
