SUNRISE BUDGET SUITE is a favorite with young couples or long-term solo travelers. Monthly rental available. It has a queen size bed and attached bathroom with hot shower and western toilet. Free WIFI in all areas!

There is a small washing room with large view window. Hand-made furniture includes a writing desk and chair. Guests share the swimming pool on site. Come stay in the REAL Bali at Swallow Guesthouse, an ECO Friendly retreat in Pejeng Bali, just 20 minutes from Ubud the yoga and spiritual centre of Bali.

Getting around

For long term rentals we suggest to rent a scooter to move around freely into Ubud town or adventures to the beach or volcanoes. Shirt term renters can organise with Wayan transport needs. He can arrange drop-off and pick-up service into Ubud, or make tours to surrounding attractions.

Interaction with guest

Wayan and Putri are your hosts and can assist you with all needs. They will meet at the house, or can come pick you up at the airport or hotel for a local taxi fee, and give you the keys and explain about the home. Neighbourhood orientation, scooter rentals, cooking class, in-house massage. If you require any medical assistance, please discuss with Wayan and he can arrange or suggest a healer for you. They live just a short distance from Swallow Guesthouse and can be contacted by phone or email.

How do damage deposits work?

If Suzan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
