Sumptuous luxury villa, built in 2003 facing south. Classified 4 stars **** Located in a quiet residential area, close to the Valescure golf course, tennis and sandy beaches. Enjoy a clear view of the Massif de l'Esterel: starting point for bicycle tours and hikes. Its landscaped park is fully grassed and planted with exotic species. It is decorated with a large pool house with Moroccan lounge. Its beautiful tiled pool is surrounded by spacious beaches with available chairs & mattresses. The property is surrounded by a high hedge to perfect tranquility. The rooms are extremely bright and pleasant to live. The house was completely refurbished: the furniture, bedding, linens and dishware are new. The lawn and pool are maintained weekly. The house is fully air conditioned. The villa has 6 bedrooms with large cupboards. Room 1 is oriented east. It is very spacious and is equipped with 2 double beds 140x190. Room 2 is south facing with direct access to the pool through a French door. It is equipped with a four-poster bed 160x200. Bedroom 3 has the same configuration as the room 2. Rooms 4 and 5 are communicating with a bed 140x190 and direct access to the pool. They are oriented due south. The chamber 6 facing West, is equipped a bed 160x200. solid wood beds and quality mattresses. Sheets, blankets & pillows are available. the bathrooms are marble. towels. City tax is not included in the price. It is 2 € per day per adult.
