Belle et grande bastide de 200 m2 habitables avec sa piscine privée au milieu d'un grand parc clôturé et arboré de 3000 m2 et disposant de 8 vrais couchages dans 4 chambres.
Au nord du Vaucluse, au cœur de la drôme provençale, dans " l'enclave des papes ", cette très belle bastide vous offrira le calme et le confort pour passer d’excellentes vacances tout au long de l’année.
En pleine campagne, sur une voie sans issue, à seulement 2 kms du centre ville de Valréas et à 300 m d’un commerce d’alimentation, il s’agit d’une maison individuelle de 200 m2 habitables, plus dépendances, située au milieu d’un grand parc clôturé et arboré et disposant d’une piscine privée non chauffée de 9 m par 5 m avec fosse à plongeoir, d’une profondeur de 1 à 2.2 m, ouverte du 1er mai au 1er octobre.
Elle se compose de :
Au rez-de-chaussée
Une grande véranda de 25 m2.
Une cuisine entièrement équipée.
Un grand salon salle à manger avec 2 canapés, une télévision grand écran (107 cm) un lecteur DVD, un accès internet.
Un WC.
Une salle d’eau avec lave linge.
Une chambre avec un lit double de 140 x 200
Un congélateur et un réfrigérateur supplémentaire sont mis à votre disposition dans le garage attenant à la maison.
Au 1er étage
Une chambre avec un lit double de 140 x 200.
Une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux de 90 x 200.
Les deux chambres donnent sur un balcon et une terrasse.
Un WC et une salle d’eau.
Au 2eme étage
Un pigeonnier avec deux lits de 90 x 200.
Une télévision
A l’extérieur
Un barbecue en pierre sur la terrasse attenante à la véranda.
Une piscine avec douche, à la seule disposition des locataires, des relax, bancs et balancelles et des coins ombragés très agréables pour prendre les repas ou se reposer.
Un WC
Un grand parc entièrement clôturé de 3000 m2 pour assurer votre tranquillité et éventuellement celle de vos animaux.
Des vélos sont à votre disposition gratuitement.
Dispositifs de paiement et de réservations
Pour des réservations anticipées ( plus de 6 mois à l'avance) d'au moins une semaine nous accordons une réduction de 5 % sur le prix affiché.
Cette mesure ne concerne pas les 2 premières semaines du mois d'août.
Pour des réservations de 2 semaines ou plus, nous offrons une remise de 50€ par semaine
A partir de fin août nos prix sont plus avantageux .
Vous pourrez encore profiter de belles journées (surtout en septembre) pour visiter notre région dans le calme de l’arrière saison ou venir y passer vos fêtes de novembre ou de fin d'année.
En général, nous préférons louer à la semaine, principalement les mois d’été de juin à septembre et les vacances scolaires.
Le reste de l’année nous pouvons aussi louer pour des courts séjours (2 nuits minimum).
Options facultatives
Draps: 15€ par lit.
Serviettes de toilette : 5€ par personne.
Ménage de fin de séjour : 120€ (si l’option n’est pas retenue, la maison doit être laissée à votre départ dans le même état de propreté qu’à votre arrivée).
Valréas est située à :
1h d'Avignon et valence, 1/2h de vaison la romaine, du mont Ventoux ou de l’Ardèche, 40mn de Montélimar et orange, 5mn de Grignan, 15mn de Nyons.
Principaux sites touristique à proximité:
