Description
The house is surrounded by 7000m2 of grounds lush with green oaks and olive trees on a very quiet path (no through road) away from motorway traffic.
The available accommodation is 116 m2 and completely independent (entrance, gate, parking for 4 cars), consisting of:
- A large 40m2 living room with fireplace (TV, DVD, many films available)
- One bedroom with double bed
- One bedroom wiith 1 double bed and 1 simple bed
- A mezzanine above the lounge, with double bed
- An extra folding cot can be supplied
- (All linen is included)
- Bathroom with shower (towels provided)
- Separate WC
- Fully equipped kitchen (cooking utensils, crockery, dishwasher, multifunction oven, fridge-freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, kettle etc.)
- Sunny veranda leading from the kitchen for eating al fresco, weather permitting
- Exterior: garden furniture, gas barbecue (wooden barbecues are not allowed due to fire risk), petanque lawn (balls supplied), trampoline for children.
