Description
2-bed, duplex flat in Velez de Benaudalla on the southern edge of the Apujarras region of Granada Province, Spain.
The gated apartment complex has a communal pool, a kids' pool and beautiful, private grounds. The complex is a short walk from the bars and restaurants of the village, all of which offer excellent tapas.
The flat is fully equipped with air con, dishwasher and washing machine, and is newly furnished. The flat is on the first and second floors, with lift entry to the corridor. It has 1 double with ensuite on the entry floor, 1 twin with a second bathroom, 2 fold-down beds and a cot. There is a large, private roof terrace with outdoor furniture that has spectacular views to the mountains (snow capped for much of the year) and the castle.
Local attractions include the beach (Playa Granada), which is 10 minutes drive away, walking / biking in the Alpujarras, a riverside BBQ facility and skiing in Sierra Nevada. Granada is a 35 minute drive away, offering visits to the Alhambra, Albacin, and much more.
