Plein centre vieille ville de Vence sur la Place du Peyra charmant duplex entièrement refait à neuf au 4è étage sans ascenseur; et oui! La vue se mérite! Une fois arrivé en haut c'est un petit paradis!
Le duplex se compose d'une chambre avec un grand lit (160cm) et une salle de bain avec wc. Une plus petite chambre sous les toîts avec vélux et un lit d'une personne. A savoir: les 2 chambres sont déparées par un rideau.
A l'étage au-dessus se trouve la cuisine flambant neuve entièrement équipée, avec lave-linge, four, micro-onde, frigo, tout le nécessaire de cuisine, etc... et un petit salon avec télévision neuve
WIFI GRATUITE
Vous êtes au coeur de la vieille ville et tous les commerces sont à votre porté.
La partie cuisine/salon comprend 4 fenêtres et une porte fenêtre allant sur la petite terrasse (vous êtes sur les toîts).
Vue sur les Baous de Vence, sur la mer et sur la place du Grand Jardin où se déroulent les concerts des Nuits du Sud.
Linge de lit et de toilette fournis.
Climatisation.
Possibilité de parking gratuit à 2 mn à pied si petite voiture car chemin étroit.

In the heart of the old town of Vence Charming Duplex Apartment entirely redone on the 4th flour without elevator, but once on the top you deserve the view! Over the Baous of Vence, the sea and the main square "Place du Grand Jardin" where the concerts of The Nuits du Sud are taking place in July. At the top it's a little gem!
The apartment is composed of one bedroom with a large bed and bathroom with toilet. A smaller room under the roof with skylight and a one person bed. The 2 bedrooms are separated by a curtain.
On the top floor is the brandnew kitchen with everything one need and a small living room with a new tv - FREE WIFI available
You are in the heart of old Vence where everything goes on with all the shops, restaurants and cafés around.
The kitchen/living room has four windows and a door window that take you on a small terrace. You are on the roofs of Vence with a stunning view!
Bath towels and bed linen provided.
Air conditionned.
Free parking if it's a small car because the path is very narrow.
Deposit: 200€ in cash which will be given back on departure after the apartment has been checked-up.
