“Great situation”

We loved the flat - simple, clean and roomy with the most spectacular view of the sea. The weather wasn’t great but when we stayed in we just enjoyed sitting and looking out. There was a lot to do and we did something different every day eg Osbourne House, the Needles and St Helen’s duver. We took full advantage of the stunning coastal walks and went twice to lovely Steephill cove and the Botanic garden. All in all a really good holiday! Lovely owner too, who was very helpful.

“Excellent villa”

The Holiday Villa is sea facing with absolutely stunning view! It’s very close to the beach , the town centre and the bus stop. Every place is accessible easily. Stephen’s apartment was spotlessly clean and he made sure we were comfortable. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Stephen’s Holiday Villa.

“Excellent holiday”

The apartment was spotlessly clean. The view from the lounge was amazing!! Everything is so close to the apartment.. the beach, the bus stop and the town centre. Our host, Stephen,was a wonderful gentleman who made sure we were comfortable and kept us updated with his schedule. We enjoyed our break and will definitely recommend this place and will most certainly book this apartment again.

“Lovely location, easy stroll into Ventnor Town.”

We had a wonderful stay at Ventnor Holiday Villas. Stephen met us with the key and showed us around the apartment which is very well equipped and has a stunning sea view. There is so much to see on the beautiful Isle of White. Osborne House, The Needles, Botanic Gardens, lovely beaches, bays and coves to name just a few. We will be back!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Stephen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
