La villa Clelia***, (lieu-dit Albo) du côté du magnifique village classé de Mergozzo, de ses lieu-dits de Bracchio, Candoglia, Albo, Nibbio, Bettola, Ornavaso,.., son lac argenté, ses plages, ses fêtes, ses restaurants et bars,... et à 5 minutes, les lacs Majeur et Orta, une splendide région, un haut lieu idéal pour votre villégiature qui vous laissera des souvenirs merveilleux.

La villa est située sur le site classé du parc régional de la Val Grande qui avec ses 15 000 hectares est l’une des plus grandes réserves sauvages d’Europe enregistré dans le réseau des Géoparcs de l’UNESCO.

>> Pourquoi "Guest House/Maison d'hôtes" et non B&B ?

Parce que en Italie, la version B&B (Bed & Breakfast/lit et petit-déjeuner) n'est pas respectée comme l'origine de sa création. Bien que le titre le précise, il n'y a pas l'obligation du petit-déjeuner et encore moins de l'inclure avec la réservation, donc rien ou un supplément à payer.

De plus la législation italienne interdit les petits-déjeuners frais, fait maison. Tout est industriel.

Seuls les B&B ou agritourismes déclarés comme producteurs ou restaurants peuvent servir du "fait maison", des produits régionaux et frais.

A la villa Clelia***, pas question de faire de la quantité et servir à ses hôtes de l'industriel, donc pas affiliée à l'entité "B&B" italienne.

Voilà pour votre connaissance et préférences.

La villa Clelia*** est une demeure typiquement ossolane, très spacieuse et lumineuse exposée en plein Sud-Ouest entourée par des balcons, terrasse, patio et jardin et 2 grandes chambres, chacune d'une superficie de 20 m².

*** Je tiens à préciser que pour un confort optimum de mes hôtes, pour leur intimité, les 2 chambres ne sont jamais louées en même temps à des personnes étrangères l'une à l'autre. Si un couple réserve une chambre, l'autre restera libre. Elles sont réservées en même temps uniquement à condition de 2 couples d'amis (ou un 3ème ami), à un couple avec 2 ou 3 enfants (de plus de 7 ans).

>>> La villa Clelia*** privilégie la qualité à la quantité.

Ces 2 chambres ont des vrais lits de 160 cm ; elles sont situées au 1er étage de la maison avec un grand balcon ensoleillé plein Sud-Ouest et vue sur les montagnes.

Un cabinet de toilettes et douche sont à disposition privée.

Le petit-déjeuner frais est inclus.

Pour les séjours à partir de 4 nuits, une "taverne" privative de 20 m² comprenant un coin cuisine, salon, salle de bain et son patio de 60 m² avec bassin ; table, chaises, transat, barbecue sont mis à disposition gratuitement afin que les hôtes aient plus de confort et d'aisance pour profiter au mieux de la villa et de leur séjour.

Machine à laver accessible également à partir de 4 nuits.

En période estivale, le minimum de location pour le séjour est de 2 nuits.

Durant votre séjour dans cette "bellissima" région des lacs, vous pourrez découvrir :

- lac Majeur et ses îles Borromée,

- lac d'Orta et son île San Giulio,

- les lacs des montagnes,

- lac de Varese,

- lac de Côme,

et autour, sur les rives et dans les montagnes, de magnifiques villages et paysages où s'entremêlent l'Art, la Culture, l'Histoire que nombreux poètes, écrivains, peintres, cinéastes ont fréquentés et retranscrits dans leurs œuvres.

- Sur réservation et coût en surplus (guide spécialisé), de belles randonnées sont possibles dans les montagnes comme Macugnaga et son Mont Rose, San Domenico, Formazza, Devero, Antrona, Santa Maria Maggiore,... avec moi mais pour les grands randonneurs, avec un alpiniste confirmé.

- Sur réservation, je peux vous servir de guide sur demi ou pleine journée.

- Cours d'italien et français possible.

- Location de bateaux et voiliers sur le lac Majeur.

- Possibilité de location de scooters (50 et 125 cm3).

Cette magnifique région (très méconnue des français) est très riche d'occupations, de randonnées, de découvertes à faire, d'activités sportives telles que parapente, golf, tennis, cyclisme, natation, randonnées, pêche,... tant de diversité pour passer un très beau séjour pour lequel je vous conseillerai afin de savourer votre villégiature avec délice... et vite y revenir.

Vraiment une très très belle région qui a déjà envouté tous ceux et celles qui l'ont visitée.

Les tarifs en Chambre d'Hôtes 2 personnes s'entendent petit-déjeuner, ménage, linge de toilette, produits hygiène, sèche-cheveux, peignoirs, parking privé inclus.

>> En ce qui concerne nos amis les chiens et chats, ils ne sont pas refusés d'emblée ; il y a un petit chien et 2 chats à demeure.

Getting around

To visit this beautiful area, it must be transported by car or motorcycle. Around the lakes in the valley, buses, coaches, trains and shuttle boats are available in public network but obviously with time constraints and a cost ... especially in summer. Also not possible to travel in the mountains. If you like and prefer your freedom and independence, a private vehicle is really what is best in this region.
