Enjoy your vacation with your friends or family at this beautiful and convenient apartment in the neighbourhood of Florida, Vicente Lopez. Experience Buenos aires like a local "porteño", not just a tourist

We own the whole building with a total of four floors. On the first floor there are offices and is home of my design studio. This apartment is located on the THIRD floor. THERE IS no ELEVATOR. This one has access to a very nice terrace with an argentine “parrilla” (barbeque).

This apartment has been recently renovated, has one bedroom with a new and quality double bed, 4 pillows (two of them goose feather), flat TV and closet. The other room has a single bed, very comfortable, table, chairs, microwave, fridge and complete kitchen and bathroom. Both rooms have their individual AC!!

The maximun capacity of all our appartments combined at one time is 11 guests. The wi-fi at the appartment is quite fast. You can watch movies or download files.

There is extra room in the garage to store bikes and a freezer that any guest can use

There are a total of three apartments available in the building

Getting around

Bus lines on Av. Maipu: Bus 60 heading south will get you to the subway line D in 15 min and to town center in 40 minutes. This same line heading north will get you to Tigre in 45 min, were you can take several boat tours through the beautiful Delta Also buses 59, 168, 60, 130, 71, 161 and a dozen more, connecting to virtually all Buenos Aires

I work on the first floor of this building so you will find me for anything you may need during daytime. Furthermore I live only 9 blocks away, so I can be there to assist you anytime, on weekends or at night, should you need anything, to make sure you have a super pleasant stay. I am more than happy tu suggest you places to go, to eat and things to do!
