Apartment 13 is a one of a kind, top floor Penthouse located in The Gallery Apartments. The apartment features two generously sized bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts floor to ceiling windows with balcony access, a luxurious ensuite with a double spa bath.
The open plan living and dining area joins an extravagant balcony with floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors. This will allow a cool change breeze off the sea after a run of hot summer days.
The elegant island kitchen bench provides a spacious preparation area, top-class appliances include an electric oven, cooktop, rangehood and dishwasher. There is also an additional powder room with a shower, separate w/c and laundry nook.
This magnificent apartment offers a panoramic view from the balcony which extends over Victor Harbor from the hilly countryside to Granite Island and around to beautiful sea views.
