Praia da Vieira's apartment, 105m2, in front to the beach, 1st line marginal door direct to the beach. Magnificent view over the beach and ocean, view from living and sitting room, bedroom and kitchen. Backward second room to the swimming pools over the aqua park. Avantgard top styled rooms (TV LCD) and bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with vitroceramics wash and dish machines. Outside building door to the marginal beach. Inside vip Vieira's region, and near excellent Portuguese restaurants, bars and fishing. Professional market (about 200 meters over the marginal). Near Leiria City, and Figueira da Foz's casinos. Near Nazare, Obidos, Fatima, etc.
Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms, very comfortable, and top decoration avantgard (see pics). One room view and direct to the apartment's terrace over the beach. The other room, sided to the aqua park swimming pools.
Living Rooms:
Living top red, black and metallic styled room, direct view to the beach and sea (from the dining table). Direct door to the terrace with views over the beach and sea. Just Impressive!
LCD 32'' TV, big red top mapples, stylished top room. Direct view to the beach and sea from the Sofa/Mapple. Superb!
Bathrooms:
1 big white bathroom, with bath and shower, wc, bidet, big mirror.
Kitchen:
3 wide-windows with view over the beach and sea. Fully equipped with Vitroceramics, cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer, washing and dish machines. Big area Kitchen.
Outside
Near (rear of the building) Aqua Parque Swimming Pools.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Cleaning service included on the first and last day on the apartment. Towels, linen included and fully equipped kitchen.
