House integrated in the urban perimeter of the village, in the middle of the Serra do Alvão Bobal, within the limits of the Alvão Natural Park, a small mountain village where it is still possible to contact with the traditions of rural portugal.
The House despite its more than 100 years suffered an intervention of re-qualification and expansion in 2010. Is completely equipped, is an excellent place to base the North of Portugal, 20 km from Vila Real, 15 km from Mondim de Basto, the 40 km to Régua or even makes a destination Douro Sabrosa possible.
For those seeking a comfortable space, quiet, in permanent contact with nature, this is the ideal place to spend a few days of rest or activity, the potential for walking routes is enormous, in Mondim de Basto can do,, paragliding and Rafting.
