Description

This is a relatively new development built and furnished to a very high standard. It is situated in a very nice area in Vilamoura known as 'The Old Village'. The property is located beside Pinhal golf course and The Four Seasons, which is very popular with golfers and families alike. Within 'The Old Village' there are some very nice restaurants, snack/bars, supermarket and a very nice cosy local pub/bar, Jakk's, with evening entertainment, most major sports on TV and internet access. It is very close to Europe's largest Marina with an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops. There are five 18 hole golf courses nearby, two beautiful beaches, various other sports and water sports/parks enjoyed by all ages!! The property comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, twin bedroom, living room with dining area and TV / WIFI with all channels and major sporting event's. There is also a lovely balcony overlooking the private pool, with a nice table and chairs to enjoy a glass of wine with some lunch, a staircase then leads to a roof garden with lovely views, complete with sun lounger's, table & chairs.

How do damage deposits work?

If DARINA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
