Sleeps 5: 4 adults + 1 children

The location of this apartment could not be more convenient, it is in the centre of Vilamoura with only a 2 minute walk to the beach and the marina. The 2 bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor of the luxury complex of Moura Praia which has a gated entrance and security.

The apartment has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The kitchen is fully fitted and bright and airy. The lounge has plenty of seating with 2 comfortable large settees. There is a balcony off the lounge with patio table and chairs and also a private roof terrace with settees, barbecue, sun loungers, dining table and chairs.

The lawned gardens and swimming pool are totally private for the residents and guests. At the marina, which is one of the largest in Europe, there are many international restaurants and bars for you to choose from as you watch the yachts in their moorings bob up and down with the tide.

Kitchen: oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, expresso coffee machine, dishwasher, iron/ironing board.

Lounge: settee, sofá-bed, TV, cable tv, IPTV channels, dining table with 6 chairs veranda with table and 4 chairs

Bedroom: double bed, full en-suite, air conditioning.

Bedroom: twin beds, air conditioning and veranda.

Bathroom: with shower.

Roof Terrace: private with 4x sun loungers, BBQ (gas), patio furniture, dining table with 6 chairs.

“Excellent location”

Very close to beach and marina. Pool was excellent and apartment was very spacious. Suitable for all ages as we had 3 children and 2 OAP's. Liked the security of the complex and the facilities with supermarket just outside, lots of restaurants and shops 2 mins walk away.
