Luxury development (completed 2008) located in quiet residential area within walking distance of the renowned Vilamoura Marina and Blue Flag Falesia Beach. 5 championship golf courses are within a five minute drive.

The apartment is airconditioned with 2 bedrooms and a large lounge/dining area fitted out to the highest standard.

There is lift access to the first floor apartment and secure underground parking.

The modern kitchen is fitted with appliances: cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine.

The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and is en-suite with bath/overhead shower. The second bedroom holds 2 single beds. The second bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

There is an electronic personal safe in the master bedroom. Flat screen TV, SKY, DVD, Wi-Fi. Electric shutter on each window / balcony doors. Smoke alarms / carbon monoxide detectors installed.

“Fantastic apartment in excellent location”

Fantastic apartment - very spacious, spotlessly clean and has all the amenities needed for an amazing holiday. Very secure and pool area is lovely, clean and never too busy. Short walk to supermarket which caters for everyone and also to stunning marina and beach. Huge choice of bars and restaurants to go to at night on the marina and also lovely restaurants in the square behind marina. Vilamoura is a beautiful resort and I would highly recommend both the resort and the apartment. Gary is an excellent host who always responds quickly to any questions and is very helpful. Would 100% recommend both the apartment and resort to people of all ages.

“Perfect apartment in an ideal location!”

We were not 100% sure when booking that the apartment would live up to our expectations, however, within 3 minutes of being inside, we were delighted with our choice of accomodation. Really spacious and well equipped within a quiet and friendly complex which is well maintained throughout. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, and the balcony (size wise) is perfect for our party of 4 people. Location is excellent for an easy 15 minute walk into the main area of Vilamoura (quicker if you find the shortcuts!) with an abundance of restaurants, bars and beaches. We had such a lovely time in and around the apartment and would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who is thinking of visiting the area. Gary was really helpful, quick to respond to emails/texts etc. and provided lots of information about the location. I think we went to most of the restuarants that were recommened and never had a bad meal! We will 100% be back again in the future if all of the stars align :-) Thanks Gary! Super place, Super time :-)

“Perfect”

Lovely large apartment with everything you need. Air conditioning was fantastic. Location was convenient for walk to beach and marina and the supermarket is a 5 to 10 minute walk. Would highy recommend and would definitely book again if back in Portugal.

How do damage deposits work?
