Description
Situated in the famous Old Village resort with its beautifully manicured gardens, this townhouse occupies a prime site in the complex. French windows open onto a terrace which leads down a few steps to the main pool. The house has been recently renovated and has three air conditioned twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, one en suite, and a downstairs toilet. The open plan living area benefits from satellite television and wifi access. There is also a roof terrace with magnificent views over Vilamoura and Pinhal golf course to the sea. The Old Village is perfectly situated for access to the Vilamoura marina and golf courses and is a few minutes drive from the magnificent blue flag beaches. There is a frequent shuttle bus to the marina and nearby attractions. The resort contains three swimming pools, several restaurants and bars and a small supermarket.

“Beautiful and perfect location”
The old village is beautiful and a short 15 minute walk to Villamoura marina. The apartment is great and very good value for money. The location of the apartment is perfect.

You must have missed the information on the website about the housekeeping service which tells you that the housekeepers come weekly unless you request extra which requires an extra payment. “Lovely Winter Break”
Stayed in this delightful townhouse at the end of December and over New Year. It is situated in the Old Village and a 10/15 min walk to the Marina. Lots of the complex was closed due to being out of season but still plenty going on at the Marina. The accommodation was lovely and even a couple of little faults quickly rectified. Everything you need to be comfortable and the unseasonably warm weather added to make it a fantastic break

“Perfect For us!”
Another wonderful stay in the Old a Village. Margarets House is a perfect house for us to stay. Close to the golf, 15 minute walk to the Marina, everything you need on site. Quiet and peaceful at this time of year, and a wonderful garden to enjoy the sunshine. The whole area is very well maintained and a delight to walk around and admire the gardens. Reception looked after us very well, nothing was to much trouble. Weather in the Algarve wasn't as good as usual at this time of year but to have use of the log fire in the evenings was an added bonus. We would certainly recommend to anyone.

“Holiday sun.”
Just back from 3 weeks in townhouse. Weather was lovely for time of year and we had sunshine on house all day.Dont think we could have picked a house in better location . Reception handled request for extra blankets promptly as it was cold at night.Pleased we had wood burner.Everthing we needed was supplied and everyone enjoyed the break.

“Wonderful villa”
We have had several holidays in this villa and each time we visit we notice that the property has been very well maintained by the owners. It is in an excellent situation next to the swimming pool and facing south, maximising the amount of sunshine. We are looking forward to our 6th annual visit and many more in the future.
