Located in a residential area of Vilamoura, 5 minutes drive from the centre, this delightful 3 bedroomed villa offers you a peaceful and relaxing holidays for all the family. The villa has been completely renovated and it is tastefully furnished with separate dining room and it is fully air-conditioned. The large equipped kitchen also has a table and bench seating for easy late morning brunch. The private pool surrounded by a mature walled garden is the perfect place to spend the afternoons before lighting the outside covered BBQ for your evening dinner.

Kitchen: cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, electric juicer, toaster, liquidizer, electric whisk.

Dining room: dining table 8 chairs, air conditioning.

Lounge: LCD, DVD player, cable tv, sofa and lounge chairs, air conditioning.

Bedroom 1: two single beds with air conditioning.

Bedroom 2: double bed (150x200cm) with air conditioning.

“Comfortable, private & tidy accomodation”

As a family with young children, this accommodation was perfect. It comfortably slept all 5 of us (4 adults, 1 child) and was spacious, comfortable, secure and clean. The amenities were all well maintained and very handy (we made good use of the barbeque and dishwasher!). The pool was lovely and was cleaned regularly throughout our stay. The maid service was helpful but could have been more regular (one set of binbags for a whole week is not sufficient). I could not fault Clever Details who were thoroughly professional and friendly, we were welcomed warmly and made to feel at home very quickly. They were also on hand to assist with any queries promptly - even paying a parking ticket on their card, as we were unable to pay in cash! The location was good, very quiet and peaceful at night but was a good 30mins+ walk to the marina and central Vilamoura - a car was essential, although there was one small supermarket, bar and café within easy walking distance. Overall we were very impressed and had a fabulous 2 weeks as our first holiday in Portugal. We can't wait to go back again!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
