Large renovated detached 4 bedroom villa located in a residential area and 10/15 minutes walking to Vilamoura marina.
The villa is contemporary with modern and stylish furnishings that give a feeling of comfort. There is air-conditioning throughout for the sunny hot days. The fully fitted kitchen leads out to the BBQ where sumptuous evening meals can be prepared with little or no effort. The lounge and dinning room are open plan with patio doors. The pool area is all gated so it is ideally and secure for children.

“Lovely Villa”
Stayed at the Villa Violeta for 10 days June/22. Arrived at 11am and rang Clever Details and they arrived within 10 mins (check in normally 2-4pm). Everything was explained and shown around Villa. It’s a 10 min walk to the Spar Supermarket and paper shop, a further 10 mins to the Lovely Marina. It’s all downhill from the Villa to the marina, but not steep, just a nice walk. Taxi back to Villa was 4 Euros. The Villa itself was really nice with a good size Gated Pool. 2 outside tables with plenty of chairs and sun beds No problems with internet, it never went off and there was 8 of us. Would definitely stay again. The bedding and towels got changed midway and pool guy was there twice. Really good holiday Steve

“Casa violeta vilamoura”
Stayed in Casa violeta for a week in mid October, booked with clever details of vilamoura. This company could not have been any more professional and efficient to deal with, every question or request was dealt with immediately. The villa is near the top of rua Melvin Jones and would be a 20 minute walk down into the main harbour area of vilamoura, a taxi back costs 4 euro. The house itself is magnificent. 2 double rooms with en suite, a twin room, a further 2 bathrooms with showers in the main house and then down in the basement is another twin bedroom which we did not use so I can't comment on. The house has been refurbished to a high standard at some point in the last 18 months I would guess,new kitchen with all new mod cons,new sliding doors in the living room and new very secure windows in the bedrooms. The pool was quite a good size and had 6 good quality sun loungers, a large tree from a neighbour house looks down onto the pool area so sun lovers would need to move their beds around during the day but the whole pool area has sun for the entire late afternoon and there is also a roof area to the house which has a couple of beds. The house was cleaned once during the week we stayed and we also had 2 visits from a gardener so it's very well looked after. My party had 4 adults and 2 kids and the space was adequate for all. I would highly recommend this house and also highly recommend using clever details.com for anyone wishing to stay in the area, special mention to Filipa who waited around to very late on our first night to let us into the house

“Fabulous villa and location that has everything you need :)”
We have just had the best family holiday, 7 of us, all of mixed ages. The villa was excellent, and included everything you could need (appliances and facilities). The team from Clever Details were also very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly recommend and definitely go back. The villa is 15/20 minutes walk from the lovely Marina with a choice of so many places to eat and drink to fit any budget and great food. Taxi less than 5 euro if you didn't want the walk back, but the walk is flat, safe and a lovely
