The villa can receive until 5 persons.
Three very well equipped rooms, with air-conditioning and sea view.
Three very large bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen.
Include linen of baths and bed sheets, wi-fi, safe, parking.
To guarantee your reservation, you have to pay 50% of the total amount at the time of your reservation, and the amount remaining 30 days before the date of your entry.
Deposit damage € 900 (return back after your departure).

“Panoramic Views of the Algarve”
A beautiful Villa with panoramic views of the Algarve. The very spacious Villa is in huge grounds with a large pool. The location is very very quiet though only 25 mins from the airport, 25 mins from the beach, 10 ins from the supermarket. The location means that youre away from the tourists. This was a family holiday with our two boys aged 17 and 12 which was perfect and yes we will go back!

Voici quelques précisions pour nos futurs clients : Toute la literie a été changée ce printemps et cela par un spécialiste. La piscine est conforme aux règles portugaises et aux règles exigées pour obtenir la license de AL (logement local). La piscine a 10 mètres de longueur avec une première partie en escaliers pour permettre aux petits enfants de se baigner mais toujours sur la surveillance et responsabilité d’un adulte (comme mentionné dans le règlement de la villa). La villa est située dans une zone verte et protégée, sans immeubles (uniquement des villas au milieu des arbres) on accède l’accès par une petite route et des petits chemins bétonnés.

“Perfect get-away-from-it-all villa”
The villa was perfect and the owner and housekeeper were both helpfull. The villa was very comfortable although the kitchen was a little small. The pool and the views of the sunsets were wonderfull. A very peaceful location within easy reach of everything. We will definitely be returning to this villa.

Response from the owner Answer from the owner: Before discovering all these damages, the client sent to me an email to inform that they had a great time in Portugal. That's the Villa was really nice and that they will definitely want to come back next year. Regarding his damages: The client broken one radio, damage a wooden trunk and broken the toilet flushing. The client disagrees to pay for his damages. The entrance of the villa is absolutely not dangerous.
