GREAT LOCATION!! 200 YARDS FROM OLD VILLAGE SHOP, BARS, RESTAURANTS, TOURS, BIKE HIRE, BEACH TRAIN. 15 MIN WALK TO MARINA, GOLF VERY CLOSE.

4 bedrooms sleeping 2 each (either KING size doubles or singles depending on what suits your needs). Basement games room also sleeps 4 .Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Air conditioning in every room including basement room.

The basement games room includes 4 single beds, pool table, table tennis table, TV, DVD and Nintendo Wii with games & 4 controllers. Great for kids (big or little!).

New fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, ovens, fridge freezer. It is fully equipped with utensils, cooking pots & pans - basically everything you need to cater for yourselves while you are there. Separate utility room.

We provide all linen including towels and separate bath/beach towels so no need to bring your own.

Fully landscaped garden & pool area. Eating terrace with seating for 8 & BBQ. Sunbeds on pool terrace.

Pool heater and Jacuzzi available (at additional cost).

Secure gated property (remote access) with ample free street parking plus 1 secure parking space on property.

The villa is safe for families with young children, with fitted stair gates, a pool safety fence on request and we can also provide a cot and high chair should you need one.

200 yards from the Old Village with shops, restaurants & cafes. There is a supermarket where you can get supplies including British papers. There are great places to get breakfast, lunch & dinner all open late. Bars which show sports when on. The villa is a short walk but far enough away that you won't be disturbed by any noise.

It is a 15 minute walk from the beautiful Marina. There are 100's of restaurants to choose from, bars, clubs, cafes & shops. You can find something suitable whether you are a big group of golfers or a family.

Vilamoura road train pulls up 100 yards from door which stops at Marina, beach, mini golf &more. Bike rental (like UK Boris Bike scheme) 100yrds., villa equipped to high standard.

Golf courses are ample and very local!

The beaches are down by the Marina and served by the Vilamoura train which stops at multiple places along the way. The beach is beautiful and sandy and has some lovely restaurants. You can rent sunbeds on the beach for about 5-8 Euros each.

“Lovely villa, perfect location”

Just got back from a week in Vilamoura at Casa Oakdene and it was just brilliant! The villa itself is so well equipped and really feels like a home from home. The pool was lovely and warm and it was nice to have a hot tub for the cooler evenings. It had everything we needed, including so many useful things for our 10 month old baby. It has sun loungers, umbrellas, washing facilities, air con in every room which all worked well, Netflix/prime video, games consoles and ping pong. The bathrooms are all lovely and clean and was so nice having an en-suite to every room. The location is perfect, just two minutes from a lovely bakery, bar and brilliant restaurant in the quiet old village. You can also walk down to the marina for more food and drink options in around 20 mins and it is a lovely walk. The customer service was exceptional - some of the best I’ve received for a holiday villa and nothing is too much trouble. We had a couple of queries which were sorted immediately. The pictures don’t do it justice and it is nice and spacious. The furniture is all really nice as well. Would highly recommend to family and friends as a great villa!

“Superb villa in a great location”

Fabulous villa, very well equipped and particularly child friendly. Local area good too, quiet residential area a small stroll to the old village and more lively Marina not much further. We had a much needed family holiday and it couldn’t have been more perfect, would highly recommend!

“A villa which never left us wanting for more ....”

Our stay was exceptional, the villa had all mod con's, plenty of space for our family of 7, with plenty of additional space. The rooms were designed well, modern all with their own en suites. The kitchen, living and dining areas provided plenty of space for all us or for separate areas to work or relax. The location was good, the villa is close to the Old Village which provided a range of restaurants and bars but the main action was at the marina. This was a five minute drive away with many more bars and restaurants. We also took a tuk tuk ride around this part of the Algarve and got to see some of the the resorts close by, so this is also well worth doing. A great stay, with lots of great memories and we will definitely be back next year :)
