Fantastic private Villa with spacious accommodation comprising of - Large, open lounge and dining room with separate 'reading' snug.

3 lovely Double Bedrooms with Terrace from the upper floor.

Private garden, private swimming pool and off street parking.

Electric awning over patio for shaded outdoor dining and built in BBQ.

Fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine, dish washer, ironing board) Free Wifi, All English free to air TV channels + our cable providers film channel service (50 films on demand updated monthly), Air Conditioning in Bedrooms, BBQ, Private Drive, Pool Towels provided as an extra.

Upstairs - full bathroom with bath and separate wet area plus separate shower/wet room with W/C

Downstairs - cloakroom W/C

Very conveniently located to Faro airport - less than 20mins. Less than five minute drive to the Marina and Villamoura Beach, and less then two minute drive, eight minute walk to the Old Village. Located near Hilton Hotel.

“Family holiday”

Fantastic villa to stay , so comfortable and clean , home from home . Such a quiet and private pool area Malfada was fantastic and very helpful. The welcome pack was such a help until we got to a shop for groceries. Lovely area with a 30 walk to the marina but in the evening we booked an Uber as they where not expensive. If you walk to the old village nearby there’s a couple of restaurants/ bar and shop. Would throughly recommend this to anyone. Loved it

“Perfect”

We travelled as a group of mixed age midwives and nurses and have had the best holiday at villa sasa. The meet and greet was just great and the welcome pack of food was lovely. All of the beds are lovely and comfy with a very well stocked kitchen. The sun beds are great with cushions if you’d like. It’s a lovely quiet location which is walking distance to a local shop however I’d recommend getting a taxi to Quaitair to the bigger supermarket as it’s much cheaper. I wouldn’t hestotaye in booking again as the host have been more then helpful and always reply quickly. Thankyou

“Family togetherness”

My niece was getting married in Portugal so when booking our holiday we decided it would be lovely to stay in a villa. My son found the Villa SASA online and we all thought it looked great. On arrival at the airport our taxi was waiting for us and when we got to the villa Margarida was there to welcome us. The villa is lovely situated in a quiet area. Fabulous pool where much sun bathing fun and games were had, great barbecue. The villa was very clean beds comfortable and a brilliantly equipped kitchen, though it could do with a dustpan and brush. My family and I had such a lovely time staying there, thank you.

Another great holiday staying in a SASA holiday home. This is my 4th stay in Villa SASA and again another stress free fun holiday. But this year with a added bones the Kitchen and garden has been refurbished to a very high stranded . The garden has a added Shaded seating area at the side of the house witch I loved in the midday sun, Other than my clothes not one time in my stay did I say I wish I had packed ---- as all you want for a great holiday is at Villa SASA. And the location is great, a very short drive by car or the land train ( it stop is at the end of the road) to the beach and Marina. And again I loved our welcome pack lasted days . Great Wine thanks. Lovely holiday I will be back.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Alistair (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
