Description

This is a place for travelers who crave a nicely decorated accommodation for a tranquil holiday time with their family or friends.

The rooms are composed as follows:

• Ground Floor - Bedroom with double bed, a private bathroom and air conditioning.

• Ground Floor - Bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and shared bathroom.

• 1st Floor (independent access) – Bedroom with a double bed a private bathroom and air conditioning.

The villa has at your disposal a kitchen fully equipped and organized so you can cook the most varied delicacies for family and friends.

The leisure and dining area, unites in a single space, with table and 6 chairs, the living room has 1 sofa bed with a chaise-long. It also has a fireplace, TV unit and TV.

There is a reserved parking space for the villa right in front of the main door. Free Wi-Fi in all areas. National and International television channels

Outdoors you can find a nice pool. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline. With approximately 8 by 4 meters, a green area right next to the golf course with plenty of space to lay the sun loungers around, a practical veranda to provide the necessary shade for the outdoor dining table and the charcoal BBQ.

“Awful”

Badly maintained, sockets smashed light at top of exterior stone steps not working which resulted in a bad fall ( I'm 72) rear garden insecure- no fence garden lights not working- I could go on!

“Lovely!”

Lovely villa - well furnished, good layout and well equipped inside. Outside - quiet setting, pretty much private despite the golf course. Patio got sun for most of the day, pool until late afternoon. Didn't really think of anything we needed that wasn't provided - particularly in the kitchen. As mentioned in other reviews, air con would be the icing on the cake, but wouldn't put me off returning. Seashell team - very helpful. We didn't need them other than our 'meet and greet' key exchange etc - but had contact details should anything arise. User guide folder in the villa was really helpful. In a nutshell - couldn't fault the villa or the company. Would love to come again. Great location for us - far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the resort - but near enough to enjoy the buzz of the marina on an evening. We had a hire car - easy journey to the beach, with a large car park on the left just before the Lake resort hotel. We also parked near here to walk in to the marina, as the centre of Vilamoura got quite congested at times. Easy walk (10 mins) to a nearby Spar (back to the entrance to the cul-de-sac, turn right, and then left at the roundabout). It had a good range of produce - and well priced. There was a nice café next door to the Spar - didn't have chance to try it but looked very popular. With having the car, the Continente and Pingo Doce were handy for bigger shops (just on outskirts between Quarteira and Vilamoura - near the BP garage). Would definitely have to recommend a restaurant we found on our last night - Retinto - which was in a little square area slightly away from the marina in Vilamoura (5 min walk from Haagen daz ice-cream place) - just off Rua da Botelha, near to Europcar office. Definitely for meat-eaters - but quite a unique approach (Argentinian style) and the staff were all so lovely (particularly Raoul and the gentleman who was front of house).

“Absolute Gem”

We visited Portugal for the first time last month during our children's school mid-term break, the children are 5 and 6 years of age so we needed somewhere that guaranteed entertainment! And what a trip! From our first enquiry until our checkout at this beautiful villa, Antonio and Dora ensured that we had a perfect holiday; the welcome basket, the tips on where to visit, the 'nothing is a problem' attitude. We all (especially the children) loved the pool, the golf course provided a beautiful walk for us in the evenings and the villa was a 5 min drive from the town....perfect. We visited Slide and Splash and Zoo Marine, amazing places, so much to do in this beautiful place. We'll be back for sure.

“Beautiful villa in an ideal tranquil location”

Very clean, modern, well equipped and well kept villa with beautiful garden and swimming pool. Only downside was a lack of mirrors and the sticky sap around the pool and patio areas from the trees.
