Description
For rent: two-room-apartment (approx. 40 sqm-maximum 4 beds)-cala caterina villasimius with private stairs that descend to the Sea consists of large room with tv, bathroom with shower, kitchen and terrace outside semiabitabile with washing machine and outside shower.
On the terrace you can eat and enjoy the Sun overlooking the Bay of cala caterina.
The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful bays of southern Sardinia, in a very quiet place and seaside.
The decor is very simple and essential.
The House is located about 4 km from the Centre of Villasimius and 1.5 km from the port (where you will find bars and supermarket pharmacy).
The accommodation is unique as the sea and every night you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.
It required a machine to move even if you walk you can reach the most beautiful beach in the South of Sardinia called ' porto giunco.
The two walk through communal staircase you can reach the beach of Cala Caterina, is reserved to beach houses present in the Bay so very quiet.
Pets: pets are allowed only upon specific request. The owners, according to the period and according to the presence or absence of other tenants in the villa next to the House, will decide whether it is admitted the pet.
Parking: Please note: 1 car parking opposite the House detached villa is rented; Instead you can use a parking at 200 m from the apartment.
Living Center: The living center of Villasimius is about 4.8 Km, reachable by car in 5 minutes.
Beach, bar and Restaurant – Pizzeria can be reached comfortably on foot in the Condominial reserved area.
Marina with shops, bars, pharmacy, newspapers to 1600 m, a 20-minute walk or bicycle-3 minutes drive away.
