Description

Located right by the sea, this apartment is a rare find directly overlooking the bay of Villefranche. Completely renovated in a former hotel of the early 1900s, it offers the cachet of the former along with all modern comforts.

The bright lounge is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen and a mezzanine bedroom where you can see the sea from your bed!

The large terrace, sunny in the morning and pleasantly shaded in the afternoon, is the ideal place to have breakfast watching the sun rise over Cap Ferrat or simply enjoy an aperitif in the loungers.

On the lower level you will find a shower room with washbasin, toilet and bidet. On the upper level (ceiling height 5’6”) a separate toilet with washbasin and bidet, convenient during the night, and a small, comfortable office space ideal for working remotely.

Situé sur le bord de mer, cet appartement est une perle rare surplombant directement la baie de Villefranche. Complètement rénové dans un ancien hôtel du début des années 1900, il offre le cachet de l’ancien et tout le confort moderne.

Le séjour lumineux est ouvert sur une cuisine entièrement équipée et sur une chambre en mezzanine où vous pouvez voir le mer depuis votre lit !

La grande terrasse ensoleillée le matin et agréablement ombragée l’après-midi, est l’endroit idéal pour petit déjeuner en admirant le lever du soleil sur le Cap Ferrat, ou simplement savourer un apéritif sur les chaises longues.

Au niveau bas, vous trouverez une salle de douche avec lavabo, toilette et bidet. Et, au niveau haut (hauteur 1m71), des toilettes séparées avec lavabo et bidet, bien utiles pendant la nuit, et un confortable petit coin bureau idéal pour télé-travailler.

Villefranche train station is just a 5mn walk away. Frequent trains can take you west into Nice (8mn to the central station), Nice airport or Cannes and up to Mandelieu, and east into Monaco or Menton and beyond, across the border into Italy. There are buses that can also take you to these places plus Cap Ferrat and Villefranche heights. —————-—————— La gare de Villefranche est à peine à 5mn à pied. Des trains fréquents peuvent vous emmener vers l’Ouest à Nice (8mn pour la gare centrale), à l’aéroport de Nice ou à Cannes jusqu’à Mandelieu et vers l’Est, à Monaco ou Menton et même jusqu’à Vintimille en Italie. Différents bus peuvent aussi vous emmener dans Nice, Monaco et au-delà, et dans le Cap Ferrat et les hauteurs de Villefranche.

“A Superb Stay!”

A superb stay in a superb location, in a very comfortable apartment on the 3rd floor of a small block next to the water!! Very quiet at night. Easy access to the train station, restaurants and shops. Very well equipped although small. Perfect for two.Large terrace with loungers. Outstanding views over the bay and 5 minutes to the beach. Good swimming right in front! Great service from the agent, Donna. Only reservation is no English channels on the satellite TV, and low ceiling height on the bedroom mezzanine. A great rental - many thanks!!!

“Villefranche”

Excellent apartment. Very well equipped despite the size. Shops, bars, restaurant and rail station all within a few minutes walk. The sea is even closer, just across the road. Donna was very helpful and friendly and answered all our queries promptly.
