2 bedroom apartment with uninterrupted view over to St. Jean Cap Ferrat with tropical gardens surrounding the residence. Elevated panoramic pool with views over Bay of Villefranche, poolside snack bar in season, laundrette, adjoining public tennis courts and secure car parking.

200 metres to sandy beach with a short stroll to seafront restaurants in the old town. Accessible by bus/train are the resorts of Nice and Cannes to the West with Monaco/Monte Carlo and Italy to the East.

Villefranche is known as the 'Paradise of the French Riviera' where you can chill out watching cruise ships in the bay.'

Getting around

Transport Trains run from Villefranche and Beaulieu up until about midnight. Both stations are about 10 minutes walk from the residence. The trains run west to Nice, Antibes, Juan les Pins, Cannes and St. Raphael. East to Monte Carlo, Menton and Ventimiglia (Italy). Buses run every 15 minutes up until about 20.30 going south to Monte Carlo and Menton and north to Nice where you can change to go further north to Cannes etc. or inland to Grasse, St Paul, Vence etc. At the moment the bus fares are 1.5 Euros per journey.

Interaction with guest

Although we won't be on hand to welcome you personally, we are just a phone call away. Ana, who will arrange access to you is on hand in case of any emergencies. We hope you enjoy our residence as much as we enjoy returning to Villefranche.

“A Lovely return to Villefranche”

A lovely apartment in a gated residence. We always drive from UK knowing the car is safe in the large car park. Lovely garden view from the balcony and the apartment itself is very well appointed with everyting you would need including a TV with UK channels. The residence has a well cared for swimming pool with views across Villefranche Bay. Villefranche, Beaulieau and St. Jean Cap Ferrat are all a short walk away and have well cared for beaches. Public transport, bus and train are frequent and cheap to Nice, Monaco and beyond. We would certainly return at the drop of a hat.

“Nicely locaties apartment overlooking beautiful garden and mountains”

We had such a lovely stay in this apartment. Very clean, good beds and stunning view. We loved to walk to Beaulieu in the morning for fresh bread and eat at night in lovely Villefranche. And take the gougeous walk around the Cap from st.Jean Cap Ferrat!

How do damage deposits work?
