Description

Villefranche Vista is a two bedroom two bathroom luxury apartment. Enjoying an elevated south-facing location, it provides stunning views of the bay of Villefranche from the full length balcony, lounge and main bedroom. The balcony is exposed to the sun for most of the day and is perfect for al fresco dining.

The apartment was recently refurbished to a very high standard with marble floors and air-conditioning. Amenities include superfast broadband wifi, a large flat-screen TV and Sonos sound system. The open plan kitchen has a large fridge freezer with ice maker, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The bedrooms feature double beds with Egyptian cotton linen and big fluffy towels. The main bedroom with sea view has a separate modern bathroom. The second bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Both bathrooms are supplied with l'Occitane goodies.

Perfectly situated on the edge of the old town, the apartment is a five minute stroll to the restaurants and shops. The beach and train station are a two minute walk.

The nearest airport is Nice Côte d’Azur. Take an Uber from there to the apartment. Alternatively, buses run from the airport to Nice Ville train station. Villefranche-sur-Mer is then two stops eastbound from Nice Ville. The walk up from Villefranche-sur-Mer station is only two minutes.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
