Sleeps 3, 1 bedroom, 1 comfortable pull-down bed in lounge, 2 terraces with stunning views, and glipses of the Mediterrenean sea through the trees, A/C, Wi-fi. Ideally situated between in the centre of the Riviera with a supermarket and a Paul's boulangerie just a five minute walk away. Bus and train links are just a ten minute walk. Just 8 minutes drive from the nearest golf course. Set in a gated comunity with video surveillance, beautiful grounds, a large pool and tennis court, fifteen minutes walk from the sea, and looking over the 247 acre Parc Vaugrenier, a quiet oasis to return to after a days sightseeing or shopping, on the glamorous Côte D'Azur. We have a 4 star rating from the ufficial French Tourist Board (see photo).

Getting around

We are ideally situated for visiting anywhere on the Côte d'Azure. You can get to all thebeautiful towns and villages on the coast by train or bus, both of which stop just a ten minute walk from the résidence. If you want to visit the villages inland, then you do need a car.

Interaction with guest

I live in the résidence, and will be delighted to give you any help you might need. Information on local transport, museums, restaurants, beaches and all the local knowledge that visitors don't always have access to.
