Description
Knot Cottage is a cosy 2 bedroomed mid terraced cottage which is located at the heart of the Georgian coastal town of Wells-next-the-Sea in North Norfolk. It is just a short walk from wonderful gastro pubs, the main high street and picturesque quay. Holkham beach is only a mile away.
The property is attractively presented set over two floors and benefits from a private courtyard for dining and one off-road parking space.
We accept bookings all year round including Christmas and New Year.
Living Room
Knot Cottage has a bright eat-in living room which overlooks a secluded courtyard through patio doors. There is a TV & DVD player.
Outside Space
Guests can enjoy the secluded courtyard with a table and chairs to dine al fresco.
Kitchen
The kitchen features a window to the south with far reaching views to a woodland and pastures. The kitchen is equipped with a Neff electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.
Bedrooms
Two bedrooms are located on the first floor accommodating a double bed in the first and twin beds in the second. Both have plenty of storage space. Bed linen is provided.
Bathroom
The bathroom includes a bath with an overhead electric shower. We provide towels.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire two bedroomed cottage as well as a secluded courtyard.There are two off road parking spaces for the cottage.

“Perfect holiday cottage”
I loved this little cottage. It had lovely finishing touches - all seaside related but good quality. Lovely comfortable bed. I slept really well. Lovely M&S towels. Kitchen equipment and crockery really good. Will definitely book again (even though I only live 15 minutes away!
