Holly Cottage is situated in a prime location on the leafy Georgian square, The Buttlands, in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea, an historic fishing port and popular seaside resort on the North Norfolk coast.

One of three cottages built at the same time by a local developer; Holly Cottage sleeps four in two bedrooms and has an inviting open plan kitchen, living and dining area. This pretty red brick cottage sits next to Holly House (sleeps eight) and Holly Lodge (sleeps six). Although all three cottages are completely self-contained and have their own private and fully-enclosed gardens, they would also make an excellent base and option for larger groups who wanted to book one or more of the cottages to enjoy a larger friends and family holiday.

Overlooking The Edinburgh Inn public house and beer garden to the rear, Holly Cottage is ideally placed for a beach holiday and is a very short walk to numerous pubs and restaurants which combine to make this pretty seaside town so popular. Being that it is just a one minute's walk from Staithe Street, which bustles with independent shops and cafes, you will soon find yourself down on the quay, where you can try your hand at gillying or crabbing. Make sure that you enjoy the dog-friendly sandy beach which is flanked by pinewoods and colourful beach huts.
