Sleeps up to 11, but can request extra fold up beds if 11 people. 4 bedroom impressive villa with private large jacuzzi,completely modernised and refurbished, beautiful large garden, Air-conditioning in all bedrooms room and internet access. Secluded with wonderful barbecue area for outdoor alfresco dining. 100 metres from the Santa Eulalia Beach and 200 metres from the restaurants, bares and shops as well as 15 minutes from top golf courses.
Breakage deposit is 700 euros if Families and 150 euros each if single parties and or under 27 years, this is refunded 24 to 48 hrs after check out.
This villa has a large out door Jacuzzi.
This villa has a Monday change over day.
Check in time is from 4.00pm to 8.00 pm and checkout time is at 10.00am
We provide a baby cot and high chair upon request.

“Brilliant family holiday”
3 generations of my family stayed here for the summer bank holiday week for my 60th birthday. We all had a brilliant time. The facilities and the situation were excellent. We has a small child and a toddler and the pool was very welcome change from trying to keep sand from small faces at the beach. The situation was close enough to facilities to be attractive to youngsters but far enough away for the rest of the family. And the best bit was that the 6 year old learnt to swim!

“Family holiday”
Excellent and very spacious villa. Easy location to old town and the strip. The only negative was there could of been a hand rail on entering/exiting the pool for older people. Susana and her sister were very helpful and sorted problems straight away. Would recommend you to other people interested in renting a villa. Very safe location and easy access to the beach down the road. My nephew and niece loved the padding pool (as they called it)
