Description

Pottergate Cottage is in a private waterside holiday area with a communal lawn down to the river with private fishing rights. It has a new kitchen, stair , bedroom and landing carpet and laminate flooring downstairs. The double glazed doors open onto a patio area where you can sit and watch the boats go by. The view from the kitchen window also overlooks the river and passing boats.

The lounge has patio doors, 2 new leather sofas, a large television (40 inch HD) with DVD, coal electric fire and a dining table.

Free WiFi is available on site.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need for your stay including a microwave.

Electricity is included in the price.

Upstairs has a separate bedroom (1 king size bed) with built in wardrobe/storage area with side cabinets. The bathroom has a shower unit with electric shower, bath, toilet and wash basin.

“Pottergate Cottage”

Lovely well equipped Cottage ideal location for Town Centre,Buses and Trains. Quite a surprise expecting 1 bedroom when there's 2 albeit the smaller a single. All bedrooms and lounge with TV,s Would definitely recommend.

Response from the owner You have been coming for several years with no complaints. There was a sub station fault when all electric on the site went off which was put right withing 24 hrs. Both beds have new mattresses on although the small room is only used for cases and use of a second wardrobe as it is only advertised as a one bed cottage. We have always been nothing but polite to our guests and from reviews you will see many return. The cottage is kept to a very high standard which we take pride in.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Gill (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
