This cottage is set five miles from Blairgowrie and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Lon Cottage is set five miles from Blairgowrie and can sleep six people. The cottage has two super king-size double bedrooms (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite shower rooms, a ground floor super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request) with an en-suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is ample off road parking, lockable bike storage and a patio garden with furniture and a barbecue. Lon Cottage is a wonderful holiday base.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Lockable bike storage. Patio garden with furniture and BBQ. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 3 miles. Note: Due to the property being on a farm, dogs to be kept on a lead when outside. Note: There is ramped access to the property, please contact the owner for more information. Please note WIFI can be intermittent due to the rural location
Region: From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britains best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
Town: The red stone town of Blairgowrie is situated on the banks of the River Ericht, where it emerges from spectacular gorges in Strathmore. With good shops and great restaurants, it makes an excellent base for exploring Perthshire and the beautiful Angus Glens.
