Located on the beach, Casa Sirena is our two-bedroom, two-bathroom, private home with 3rd floor, open-air sundeck that is one of three detached units on this rare property that directly fronts the beach. The casa is 20 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta in Bucerias, a quiet Mexican fishing village that has been a secret of traveling Canadians for years. The casa is equipped with all the conveniences of home – fully equipped modern kitchen, linens, comfortable living and dining areas, satellite TV, DVDs, free wireless internet, etc.

Boasting a brand new third story sundeck and palapa roo...f, Casa Sirena offers unparalleled views of the Bay, La Cruz to the North, and the twinkling lights of Nuevo Vallarta to the South.

The inviting, deep-blue, beachside pool will keep you cool as you relax on the patio. Or, sit beneath the private palapas on the sand and soak up the sights and sounds of the ocean. With a sandy beach stretching as far as the eye can see, the sand in front of the casa is soft, 20 meters wide, and perfect for picking sea shells or making sand castles. The water has no undertow, a velvet bottom, and is perfect for swimming for adults and kids alike.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on either the beachfront patio overlooking the calm Pacific ocean, or the second floor balcony off the upstairs master bedroom. Your own sundeck and shaded area sits on the third floor, offering complete privacy, beautiful views, lounge chairs for sunning, or shade under a beautiful authentic palapa rooftop. Enjoy your drinks or dinner while watching the sunset. In addition, a private patio off the downstairs guest bedroom provides a secluded and private area for intimate dinners, or quiet afternoon reading.

Casa Sirena now boasts a third-floor, open air sundeck exclusively for Casa Sirena guests. Newly constructed in mid-2012, this deck area is one-third open to the sun for the worshippers out there, and two-thirds covered by an authentic Mexican palapa. During the day, the ocean breezes waft through; enjoy your time on the loungers, or at our lovely hand-made Mexican table in the shade. In the evening, pull up a chair, a glass of wine, and watch the twinkling lights of the marina in La Cruz as the surf washes in and your stress washes out.

The beautiful beachfront property is located directly on the beach in the Bucerias, Mexico, about 15-20 minutes North of Puerto Vallarta. Bucerias is quickly becoming a favorite of Mexico travelers - close to restaurants, with a pristine beach out your front balcony - but far away enough away from Puerto Vallarta to retain its fishing village charm. Accessible by major highway, guests can arrive by car, taxi, or bus. The casa is perfect for relaxing - or taking out our kayaks for a paddle through the calm bay. Golf is close by, as is fishing and award-winning restaurants. Want to ramp it up? Head into Puerto Vallarta for a day of shopping, restaurants, and nightlife, returning home at night to your secluded villa.

  First of all, coordinating the rental with Charlene and Gary was a pleasant experience. They are very organized and friendly The casa was well decorated and had everything you needed for a beach vacation. My husband loved having a dish washer; makes cleanup much easier. The grounds are beautiful and the beach is literally "right there". You can walk to a few places, but overall, you need to take a cab or have a rental car.
  Having very nice beach towels was a plus, as they are very heavy to pack. The pool furniture was very nice and comfortable too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

  We enjoyed our vacation in Bucerias very much this past December. The service we received from Baldo was excellent. He was helpful, informative and went out of his way to make sure our stay was everything we wanted. The home was very comfortable and tastefully decorated, Mexican-style. The location was superb, because it was beach front and close to the bus stop. The towns of Bucerias and La Cruz are close and make for nice destinations when walking on the beach. We felt very safe and secure in our private compound and it was nice for our kids to have access to bikes and boogie boards. Casa Sirena is a great place for kids and adults alike.

  Our stay at Casa Sirena was an amazing experience. The house is beautifully constructed, decorated and the flora surrounding it provides a cave of exotic plants and cool shade in the hot mexican sun. The beachfront pool and patio provided us with a place to play cards, enjoy drinks, catch some rays, and enjoy the holiday festivities. The 15 minute beach walk into the town center gave us an opportunity to explore local bars and restaurants and find some great souvenir shopping at the market. The property manager helped us find a masseuse to come to the property and massage us on the beach, as well as he took us out and showed us the town night life, he even took us to a karaoke bar! As we are in our 20's, this vacation was great due to the balance of chill time, party time and easy access to everything we wanted to do. We are already booked to return this year!
