Description

Villa La Estancia is a privately owned 2200 sq. ft. Villa with an expansive deck located on the main swimming beach in Cabo San Lucas. Unit #1402 affords a private view of Lands End, Lovers Beach and the resort complex. The Medano Beach location is ideal for an uninhibited 2 mile stroll on the sandy shore and is within walking distance to downtown and the Marina.

There is a very large freshwater swimming pool, 5 hot tubs, exercise facility, sauna, steam room, spa, tennis courts, multiple restaurants, grocery and ice cream store and secured underground parking.

This unit has 2 bedrooms with 1 king and 2 queen Gel and foam mattress beds.

There are 3 full bathrooms all with showers with one jetted tub and one combination tub/shower.

The kitchen has brand new microwave, freezer, refrigerator, ice maker, clothes washer and dryer, dish washer, 4 ring stove and oven, outside gas barbeque, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cook ware and utensils, iron and board.

The dining table seats 6 people.

There are 3 TV's with satellite feed, stereo system with DVD, wireless and broadband internet access.

The outside terrace has a table and 6 garden chairs as well as a refrigerator.

**** In September 2016 my Villa 1402 went through an $85,000 renovation. New modern furniture throughout, new kitchen Appliances, New washer and dryer, memory foam gel Mattress for all three beds, upgraded 540 thread count bed linens exclusively used for 1402, upgraded towels only to be used by 1402. New Samsung 55" LED TV in living room and 50" LED in both bedrooms. Led recessed lights in every room, Cable TV is provided now, SAT TV coming( dont miss any games) NETFLIX on the LED TV's, is provided for free watch your favorite shows or movies . Ultra fast WIFI in every room of the villa. Make free calls to the US with Voange that is provided in the Villa. USB Wall chargers/ Outlets provided no need to bring the box just the cords for cell phones or tablets. Absolutely the best VILLA at Estancia! Dont Miss Out

“Beautiful villa-wonderful location”

The villa was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The staff at Estancia could not have been nicer or more accomadating. Would book back in a heartbeat.

Great oceanfront villa in gated 6 star resort. Close to all activities and dining. Fantastic pools and swim up bar. The best location in Cabo. I would highly recommend.
