Enjoy a dream vacation in one of our apartments close to the beach in Cape Coral!
The Beach Resort includes 4 apartments and 1 studio. Our resort is located in the heart of Cape Coral, close to the southern Cape Coral Bridge that connects Fort Myers and Cape Coral. This is the ideal location to get to Florida's attractions and beaches quickly by car. The proximity to the Cape Coral Beach also allows to enjoy shorter beach stays and end the evening in one of the many nearby bars and restaurants.
Our apartments are individually designed and are in an easy-building complex, which offers absolute privacy.
Each apartment has its own very private terrace and private sunbathing area, which already gives you the right beach feeling. The huge pool area with heated spa and integrated seats is screened and keeps out troublesome insects and animals.

You can expect a bright, spaciously living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen. Large windows let in plenty of light. The way from the well-equipped kitchen to the dining area is short or you enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen counter.
A big sofa invites you to relax. Here you can enjoy a book or watch the latest news on television.
The bedroom is generous - in the spaciously closet you have ample room to space newly purchased or brought clothes and treasures. The queen-size bed promises a good night's rest...
The bedroom includes a sufficiently large bathroom, with bathtub.
Of course, you don´t need to bring bedding or towels. In addition to bath towels, beach towels are available.
To enjoy the great Florida weather, the apartment has a private screened outdoor area with seats. Besides sunbathing at the community pool area, there is a private deck area available.
