Description

Surrounded by native tropical landscaping, Villa Lavender is single family and waterfront property with Gulf access. The view from most of rooms is incredible over 200 feet Canal. She is Located at a quiet and safe residential area in the South East of Cape Coral. Caloosahatchee River can be reached by boat in just 15 minutes. This home is "Boaters Paradise”. High cathedral ceiling in most of rooms gives you more spacious feelings. You will feel extremely refresh and relax, if you do not want to do anything, seat back and watch fish jump. It is fun. Villa is recently refurnished the floor of family room, new dry, refrigerator, faster internet access and Smart TVs to higher standard. There is super Polk Audio system in living room and let you enjoy your music and radio. It will not disappoint you. The Villa has three bedrooms equipped with a king size bed, a Queen size bed and two twin beds; two bathrooms, each with toilet and shower; one bath with a big hot tub; a spacious living area, well-equipped kitchen, nice breakfast and dining area, screened Patio area with ceiling-fan. Wireless internet access for the whole house. Large Smart TVs with built in program, like youtube, Pandora (Free music), Facebook. Also, you can stream your smart phone content to the TVs.

BBQ grill in Lanai. A concrete boat-dock for your rental Boat are available as well. Patio area are screened (mosquito free). Laundry room with new washer and dryer, and Iron Board. There’s a two-car garage attached with the villa.

Villa Lavender is closer to the most local attractions like Manatee Park, Edison Winter Restate, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Beaches, Yacht Club, Cape Harbor Tarpon Point Marina, Tennis court and Water Park. Fishing is just in the backyard. Only 10 mins to Royal Tee Golf Club. It’s very close to FT. Myers, which is the home of Boston Red Sox and Training Camps of Minnesota Twins Spring. Supermarkets, Shopping Malls as well as most restaurants are ~5 minutes away. Also it is short distance to the sparkling waters of Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach (under 15 miles), Edison and Ford Winter Estate and museum. More fun activities can be found in the State park (Everglades), theme park (Bush Garden) and Miami Beach within drivable distance.
