New beautiful high screen.

No pool heater.

This Villa is located in a beautiful neighborhood in downtown Cape Coral. Close to all the restaurants, Cape Coral Yacht Club and beach. This very spacious corner lot (18417 sq. feet) is located right on the canal for your easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and the beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel. The spacious lot gives you beautiful views over the canal as well as the much-appreciated privacy during your vacation. The lanai area has perfect south exposure so you really can enjoy the lovely oversized pool. The area has a lot of space for both sunbathing and some fun in the sun, as well as a spacious dining area and BBQ grill.

The Villa offers 1841 sq. feet with A/C, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate TV room and living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom, as well as the second bedroom both, have King size beds. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two twin beds in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a TV.

The villa offers WiFi so you can use your own computer, pad or smartphone.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and ice-maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas BBQ-grill.

The pool area is very spacious and has an oversized pool. This pool has a new cleaning technique which means using a much more gentle type of chlorine. This is much appreciated by guests with allergies as well as families with small children.

To secure clean and fresh linen and towels for every stay, we use a professional linen company. They handle everything from a state-of-the-art facility in Fort Myers, FL and only uses top-rated Ecolab detergents and chemicals, promising pristine linens with each service.

“FALLING APART...ANTS IN SINKS...MANAGERS HORRIBLE”

The house is falling apart...nothing is ever fixed...ants come out of the drains...and property managers don't care. BEWARE of not only this property but dealing with Vacanza
