Updated 2021.

Villa Marie is located on an L shaped salt water canal which leads to the Caloosahatchee River and out to San Carlos Bay. It takes 5-10 minutes by boat to the river. The location provided you with privacy while in the heated pool, hot tub and lanai.

We have a double solar heated pool and outdoor hot tub.

The house is furnished with high end furniture. The pool, spa and landscape are maintained weekly. The two car garage offers plenty of space for your needs.

Only a 2 minute ride takes you to the main boulevard where all the shopping and dining are located.

We have two bikes that are used for rides around town.

We have referrals so please don't hesitate to ask.

The location of the house is central to many shops, restaurants and attractions.

We also have on-site contact for immediate assistance

Had a great stay at Villa Marie. The house was clean. The heated pool was amazing. There is a boat ramp right down the street and were able to access the water with our boat with ease.

Response from the owner Thank you, and we appreciate your feedback. However, one phone call would have dealt with all the issues that you encountered. We were never made aware of any of these issues. If we did we would have arranged for everything to be taken care. We are physically in the north east, and rely on our renters to let us know if they need anything. We have sent an email asking that they let us know if they need anything. Not a single phone call or email was sent letting us know that there were problems. It is onot acceptable for you to have gone through this especially during Christmas. We pride ourselves on taking care of our guests. For example, our current guest informed us that the grill does not light on its own. Therefore, we purchased a new one and one is currently being shipped now to the house fully assembled. We wish you would have let us know so we could had put things right.

How do damage deposits work?

If Nageeb (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
