Villa Cape Florida is a luxurious, newly built villa and situated in the desirable South East part of Cape Coral, on the South Gulf Coast of Florida, in an area of luxury homes and vacation villas. It has 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms which have been professionally and tastefully interior designed with comfort and style in mind and is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay.
The 3 bedrooms, 1 king size and 2 queen size have a 32 inch and 26 inch flat screen tv with cable and a 42 inch in the living room, wireless high speed internet so you can go online when ever you want.

We had a wonderful stay in lovely Villa Cape Coral! We were in awe of the beauty - absolutely elegant home & furnishings, spotlessly clean, & a gorgeous location! It was perfect!
We loved using the kayaks to explore the canals & the connecting ecological preserve. We also rented the boat & went out around Sanibel & Captiva Islands ~ what an adventure! Such beauty to see and so many dolphins swimming near us too! It was an amazing time!
Grilling & dining out by the pool and relaxing in the pool & spa was such a glorious way to end each day!
We felt like we were in paradise ~ we've only been home a week and are already talking about when we can plan our next vacation there!

We stayed at Villa Cape Florida for three weeks and had a fabulous time. The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated, well equipped and the property is well maintained. Situated on a quiet street, still only minutes away from shopping and dining. We enjoyed the views of the canal and the beautiful sunsets. The Eco Preserve “Four Mile Cove” nearby is good for walking. We were also taken well care of by the property manager, very service minded. Would love to go back!

The house is lovely. It is very easy to find, right off the main road, yet on a quiet road. We loved using the pool, we rarely got out. When we did we used the bikes to ride to 4 Mile Cove. Our family came over daily for dinner and reconnecting. I only wish the house had a blender.We had to go to the store and buy one to use. Otherwise it was a great relaxing stay. We even saw an alligator. We will stay again when we can.
