Casa Cassiodoro G is a welcoming apartment surrounded by the vegetation. It sleeps four people. It is appoximately 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area and winter heating.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Castelfiorentino , where you will find the shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and a grocery store at 2.5 km (roughly 1.6 miles).
Casa Cassiodoro G is located on the ground floor of an ancient farmhouse.
To stay at Casa Cassiodoro G you will need a car. You will be able to park it... on the premises, in a private parking lot. Please note that access to Casa Cassiodoro G is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.
The complex was once a small village, typical of the Tuscan countryside. It is situated in the middle of an area which covers 50 hectares of land, cultivated with grapevines and olive groves.
Here you will find four stone buildings which have been renovated into holiday homes. A large garden and a swimming pool will be available for you.
Three of the buildings have been separated into eight apartments, they are close to each other and near the swimming pool. The other building has one apartment only (Cassiodoro A) and it is about 400 metres from the shared pool.
You will reach the swimming pool from the street level going down approximately six stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. It is partly shaded by a pergola. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Valley. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
The garden is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playgrounds. Here you will also find a barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine at your disposal.
In the garden there will be a reserved area for your own exclusive use. The garden is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Tuscan countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
The ceiling of the living room boasts a brick cross vault. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include a sofa. There is a big and age-old fireplace. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table to seat four guests. The kitchen has a window.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
