All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Response from the manager Mr. Clouser, Thank you for taking the time to write about your discontent with Celestial Seasuns. We obviously disagree with your assessment of this wonderful property, and as you mentioned we responded to the items you advised us about. This house is not in any way in disrepair - in fact it is one of the premiere properties in the Corolla area and your experience does not reflect the typical guest response. The fact is that this beautiful oceanfront home is exposed to the elements and in fact guilty as charged, the oceanfront windows do get dirty when the wind blows off of the ocean. We did go to the property and use the hose provided on the deck to rinse the windows and solve the situation. In all candor we did follow up on each issue and though the matter was completely resolved prior to your departure. Three light bulbs were replaced, the pool deck was cleared, and neither the bed nor dresser was broken. We don't actually consider your comments here a review as there is really no comment regarding the property but rather we consider this a reaction to us not providing you the refund requested. We solve issues with prompt service and do not make a habit of paying guests for matters such as you have pointed out. We hope you have a better stay next time. All the best from the beach!
